Brian William Ogle was born in Buffalo, New York in 1970.
He completed his DMA in Composition in 2002 from the University of Memphis, having previously completed a Master’s from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Bachelor’s from SUNY Potsdam. He studied Composition with Kamran Ince, Chen Yi, Zhou Long, Emilio Mendoza, Elliot Del Borgo, Frederick Fox, Eugene O’Brien, and James Willey.
